The war has been fought with underfunded budgets, tactical strikes against public school teachers, changes in how charter schools operate and how tax dollars can go to private or religious schools, and the erosion of the University of North Carolina.

Scott Kenan As the tallest, most bad-assed Kenan -- with help of uncorrupted parts of US Government and the experience of many false jailings, false nut-house commitments, poisonings, being held by Drug Mafia and being beaten many times in Mexico, and having  worked for Tennessee Williams, knowing many Kennedys, the Reagans, and Frank Sinatra's heirs, I'm going PRACTICAL to confront North Carolina Evil -- brought on by my wealthy relatives!!!: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/.../message-just...

We can THANK my rich Kenan relatives for this -- and they FOUNDED UNC in 1789, but HATE people who are not "Lily White", or are homosexual or NON-fundamentalist Christian

I blame Thomas S. Kenan III and Betty (Price) Kenan the most!!!

The North Carolina legislature has turned back the clock on the state's reputation for having an innovative and progressive education system. Program after…

"Possibly the most lyrical and sentimentally poignant of all the plays written by Tennessee Williams, The Glass Menagerie still holds up as one of Williams’ most well-written plays. “delicately-wrought” is the adjective that come to mind when trying to describe this “tone poem” of a play.

Frequently performed and revived as a staple of the American Theatre repertory/canon, the current production now playing at Washington, DC’s historic and venerable Ford’s Theatre feels like nothing less than a totally new reincarnation of this beloved play."

>>> AND OTHER NEWS:

1. My 40-year-old, "Monkey-Man" roommate is out looking for work today. Yesterday, he was AGAIN constantly stopped from panhandling by friendly Wilmington cops. And it turns out that my landlady is likely to have enough yard work/gardening to keep him working full-time, beginning in a month (and if she approves of him -- they not yet having met).

2. Which brings me to the point that Wilmington now has the LOWEST UNEMPLOYMENT in the whole state, real estate prices have fully recovered and sales are brisk as prices are continuing to rise, and my landlady reports that TONS of people are interested in the apartment now available.

So other than the WHITE SUPREMACY and DRUG MAFIA CORRUPTION of local officials, they are doing PART of their job right.

3.

My old home under the Fourth Street Viaduct.

The tons of beer cans and other trash has been cleaned out, but for weeks, I lived here with other homeless -- many of them crazy and armed with switchblades, peeing in place and defecating in bushes now cleared from the far side.

Ironically, I now live on Fourth Street, having the second floor of an 1850 Victorian!!!

4.

. . . on Front Street is now closed. But during 2011 - 12, I used to do laundry there (and drug mafia often stole a piece or two of my clothing from my machines -- when I went out front to smoke a cigarette), and talk about film projects with the guys wanting to make a MUSICAL remake of:

An interior shot

Anyway, yesterday, I ran into the bartender from The Soapbox Laundro-Lounge who was so COOL in 2011 - 12. He a young pup and BIG supporter of Ron Paul for President.

And I have to say, that of ALL the WHITE PEOPLE I met in Wilmington back then, Ron Paul's supporters were the ONLY ones who would discuss Politics CIVILLY -- and I had some disagreements with them. But they not only were HONEST, but ALWAYS willing to help out me and other homeless people.

Black folks also ALWAYS scrounged for at least a couple of coins -- no matter their own apparent situation.

I just LOVE all the KIND and LOVING ("TRUE" Christian), black brothers and sisters of Wilmington, North Carolina.

They loved me even when they KNEW I was a KENAN -- LOL!!!
