FIRST, I should say that while I believe decriminalization with moneys spent on EDUCATION and actual REHABILITATION is the answer to the Drug Problem, at least District Attorney Ben David -- with the Police Chief and Sheriff -- are making some major BUSTS of small operations.
The BIG OPERATIONS are still protected by them -- they being "HOLY CHRISTIANS", and ALSO because many top Wilmington Churches profit DIRECTLY from HARD-DRUG TRAFFICKING:
The Drug Mafia is so part of Wilmington that this guy had a METH LAB in his residence on "Touch Me Not" Drive -- a REAL STREET here in La-La Land!!!
I suppose he thought that that was enough to PROTECT HIM -- LOL!!!

To set the scene, while I was homeless in Wilmington, North Carolina 2011 - 12, not only did I have to deal with Wilmington Police REFUSING to help me when I called 911 a couple of times after drug trash threatened me with knives and switchblades, they even claimed they would ARREST ME if I ever called 911 due to a knife threat, again (for "abuse of the 911 system"):
Thank you Police Chief Ralph Evangelous, who smoked CRACK daily during that time in a house owned by the uncle of a friend of mine, but ALSO murdered my friend Evan Fish by forcing him to jump to his death because he knew all about Lee Gosney, my former co-worker at www.Pentagon-USA.com, Lee Gosney, distributing the drugs flown into Maxwell AFB from Maine to Florida -- but ESPECIALLY via Wilmington Politicians and Churches.
I have long known THREE of the MAJOR congregations involved not only in the NARCO-TRAFFICKING, but WHITE SUPREMACY as well:
First Presbyterian
St. James Episcopal
First Baptist (the one on Kenan Plaza)
And while here 2011 - 12, I identified several restaurants, also very much involved:
The Eat Spot (formerly on the S.E. corner of Princess and Front Streets), whose upstairs was a PRIVATE CLUB for Drug Mafia, then, managed by 6' 10" Lucas John (or John Lucas), recently seen hiding in Slainte Irish Pub on Front Street, ALSO a Drug Mafia hangout.
The George is another, and was CONFIRMED as such by Ryan Lee Burris, 3rd Vice Chair of the local Democratic Party by his intimate relationship with them in throwing a GAY ORGANIZATION PARTY there in 2011.
Other large dinner-houses on the water are similarly involved, including Elijah's and The Pilot House, the former even BRAGGING about its "Confederate Connections" on their website!!!
And when I first returned to Wilmington last June, I soon ate at the bar of Circa 1922, to THANK the owner who had once been homeless, and gives free dinner every Christmas to ANYONE claiming to be homeless (but as Wilmingtonians all like to tell me, ONE THIRD of those people are just "CHRISTIANS DRESSING DOWN", too CHEAP to pay for a restaurant meal!!!)
My experience in 2015, was that the bartender and staff gave me good service and the food was EXCELLENT, but they treated me also like a PARIAH, who might give them a DEADLY DISEASE!!!
Readers will recall, that my former roommate Philip Rosario, has for THIRTY YEARS been huge in Narco-Trafficking as well as running Whore Houses in Wilmington, and CLAIMS to "have the goods on District Attorney Ben David", so that he is IMMUNE from Prosecution.

Today, Phil washes dishes at Betsy's Crepes, a restaurant that I have WITNESSED is too drug-addled to bother getting cilantro from any supermarket to add to Mexican Salsa, when they ran out!!!
Anyway, Phil stopped by my house a week ago, to see if I wanted to buy marijuana from him, but I explained that I have gotten OUT of the Drug Mafia Distribution System, so no.
Then we CONGRATULATED EACH OTHER for getting D.A. Ben David TOO AFRAID OF US to prosecute HIM -- or throw me in jail or nut-house, again, on FALSE CHARGES.
Now, while I CAN'T get into specifics about my friend who recently left restaurant chef work, she DID tell me all about it for most of the FIVE HOURS we spent together, last evening, and these restaurants are all paying SLAVE-LABOR WAGES to nearly everyone in the kitchens (the great majority are black), and Drug Mafiosa on staff make all the decisions, favoring those who are WELL CONNECTED.
NONE of these people (Executive Chefs likely excepted), are paid nearly as much as $15.00/hour, with $11.00/hour paid to VERY FEW, and $7.25/hour is more the rule.
BUT YOU GET GOOD ACCESS TO EVERY DRUG, AND GOOD PRICES TO BUY THEM AND RESELL AT A PROFIT!!!
